Joining our global support team, you will have the responsibility to meet the various demands of our customers. In collaboration with the management and development teams, you will participate in the customers’ needs analysis. You'll also have to inform and educate our customers about our new products.
You have the benefit of a technical background; you are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are fluent in English and German, and you have good knowledge of French. Prior experience in the support or customer service area is a plus.
