Question : What is DKIM record?

Internet providers will sometimes verify that a specific message comes from an authorized domain, and DKIM record is another method used for this.

DKIM will basically add a signature to the messages that come from your domain.  This signature is generated by a private key, and the DNS (Domain Name System) will generate a public key. The email servers will then make sure that the private key was used to create the public key.  If it doesn’t match, then the message will be considered SPAM.

Mailpro has developed tools to make it easy for you to configure your DKIM and avoid falling into SPAM folders.

First Connect to your account or create an account with Mailpro, then go to the webmaster’s zone where you can generate your keys to install in your DNS. Once you are done, you can validate it and we will install it on our side.
