How do we manage the unsubscriptions?
Unsubscriptions are managed automatically. For each produced newsletter, Mailpro™ automatically adds the unsubscribe link at the end of the message.
When a client selects the unsubscribe link on your message, his address is automatically deleted from your address book to be recorded in an unsubscription book.
Once it is in this book, it can no longer be imported into a new address book.
When you import an address file, Mailpro does not import the NPAI or the unsubscriptions.
