Paper forms still circulate in Barbados, at hotel check-in desks, school offices and community events. They get lost, need retyping, and rarely record consent properly. Mailpro’s online form builder replaces them with mobile-friendly forms that feed straight into your contact lists, ready for email or SMS follow-up.

Forms Barbadian organisations build with Mailpro

  • Newsletter sign-ups for websites, QR codes on restaurant tables and tablets at reception.
  • Booking and enquiry forms for villas, tours, weddings and event venues.
  • Event registrations for conferences, charity runs, Crop Over fetes and school functions. See the events solution.
  • Applications and onboarding for jobs, memberships, scholarships and client intake at professional firms.
  • Feedback and complaints that route to the right team with email alerts.

Under the Data Protection Act 2019, marketing consent must be freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous. The controller must be able to prove it. A Mailpro form can include a separate, unticked marketing checkbox with your own wording, so a booking enquiry does not automatically become a newsletter subscription. Add a short privacy notice explaining who you are, why you collect the data, and how people can withdraw consent. For people under 18, the Act requires consent from a parent or guardian, which matters for schools and youth programmes. The consent guide for Barbados has more detail.

Where the answers are stored

Form responses, sometimes including ID or financial details, are stored in Switzerland on Mailpro’s private infrastructure, outside US jurisdiction, and transmitted with TLS 1.3. That supports the Act’s requirement that personal data sent abroad be adequately protected.
