Assess online, from a quick quiz to an exam

A revision quiz shown in class, a knowledge test before an interview, an end-of-module exam reserved for registered candidates: the same tool covers all three. Correct answers never leave our servers, the score is calculated on submission, and each participant’s result joins their contact record. Everything is hosted in Switzerland.

Quizzes

Automatically graded quizzes

Mark the correct answers, award points and set a pass mark. Participants see their score on submission, and the correction immediately, never or after closing.

Exams

Exams under control

Reserve the exam for a candidate list, limit attempts and let the server count the time: reloading the page doesn’t stop it, and answers are submitted automatically at the end.

Tracking

Every participant’s result

Each answer shows the score, the percentage and the status: passed, failed or awaiting grading. Charts per question show which ones cause trouble, and the Excel export includes everything.

Contacts

Results join your contacts

The score is saved in the participant’s record and a “passed” or “failed” tag is applied, with no import and no copy-paste. A result email can go out automatically, and your next campaigns target whoever you want.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a quiz and an exam?
A quiz is open to everyone and shared by link or QR code. An exam adds control: access reserved for a candidate list or password-protected, time counted by the server, a limited number of attempts and corrections shown after closing.
Do participants need an account?
No. For a quiz, they just open the link. For a restricted exam, they give their email and, if you wish, a personal code.
Can written answers be graded?
Yes. Long-text questions are graded by hand from the answer; the participant’s score is recalculated, and the answer stays “awaiting grading” until then.
Do results go into my contacts?
Yes. The score is saved in the contact field of your choice and a “passed” or “failed” tag is applied. Your next campaigns can target those who passed, or those who need to revise.
Can I run a quiz in a classroom or meeting room?
Yes. Show the QR code: everyone answers on their phone, and you watch the answers arrive in the charts.
