This driving theory mock test puts learner drivers in conditions close to a real exam: 15 questions, 15 minutes, one or more correct answers per question and a 90% pass mark. At the end, a detailed correction shows which answers were right and which rules need another look.

What is this theory test practice for?

Driving schools and instructors can use it for regular revision between lessons. The questions cover everyday situations every driver must master: pedestrians at a crossing, STOP signs, amber lights, emergency vehicles, roundabouts, tunnels and cyclists on narrow roads. Others deal with risk: braking distance in the rain, icy roads, fatigue, phone use and alcohol. Several questions have more than one correct answer, which encourages careful reading rather than guessing. The timer helps learners get used to working under time pressure.

Who is it for?

  • Driving schools offering practice tests to their students
  • Independent instructors following learners between lessons
  • Schools and youth associations running road safety sessions
  • Companies refreshing road safety knowledge for staff who drive

How to adapt it in Mailpro

The template is a scored quiz with automatic correction, a 90% threshold and a 15-minute timer that warns three minutes before the end. You can change the pass mark, the duration and the number of attempts allowed, and add or edit questions to reflect local rules. Apply your logo and colours, then share the driving theory test quiz by link, by QR code in your premises or in a Mailpro newsletter to your students. Results arrive in Mailpro, and you can set tags on contacts according to their answers, for example to identify learners who are ready for the exam.

Tips

  • Check every question against the highway code that applies in your country; rules and signs vary.
  • Prepare several versions with different theory test practice questions so that learners do not simply memorise answers.
  • Allow unlimited attempts for training and a single attempt for a final mock exam.
  • Discuss the most frequent mistakes during the next lesson.

Frequently asked questions

Does this mock test replace the official exam?

No. It is a training tool. It does not replace driving lessons, official preparation material or the theory exam itself.

Why is the pass mark so high?

Theory exams usually require a high score, so a demanding threshold prepares learners for the real thing. You can adjust it if needed.

Can learners see why an answer is wrong?

Yes, the detailed correction is shown at the end of the driving theory mock test.
