Deliverability rate is the percentage of the emails you send that are successfully accepted by recipients' mail servers, rather than bouncing. It is a top-level health check on your sending: a low rate points to list-quality or reputation problems that need fixing before anything else.
Deliverability rate vs inbox placement
Deliverability rate measures whether mail was accepted at all; inbox placement rate measures whether it reached the inbox rather than spam. A high deliverability rate with poor placement still means trouble. Both depend on your sender reputation and a low bounce rate.
