As long as a scheduled send has not started, you can cancel or edit it in a few clicks from your Mailpro account.

Important: once delivery is in progress, cancellation is no longer possible. Mailpro pushes to dozens of servers in parallel — there's no technical "recall".

Cancel before the scheduled time

  1. Log in to Mailpro
  2. Go to NewslettersScheduled
  3. Find the campaign in the list
  4. Click Cancel or Edit
  5. Confirm

What you can edit

  • Date and time of departure
  • Recipient list
  • Content (subject, HTML, links)
  • Sender address

Last-minute mistake?

If a campaign went out with an error (broken link, typo), you can:

  • Send a correction email ("Sorry for the typo, here's the right link")
  • Update the landing page the broken link points to
  • Send a follow-up to non-openers with the corrected version
