As long as a scheduled send has not started, you can cancel or edit it in a few clicks from your Mailpro account.
Important: once delivery is in progress, cancellation is no longer possible. Mailpro pushes to dozens of servers in parallel — there's no technical "recall".
Cancel before the scheduled time
- Log in to Mailpro
- Go to Newsletters → Scheduled
- Find the campaign in the list
- Click Cancel or Edit
- Confirm

- Date and time of departure
- Recipient list
- Content (subject, HTML, links)
- Sender address

Last-minute mistake?
If a campaign went out with an error (broken link, typo), you can:
- Send a correction email ("Sorry for the typo, here's the right link")
- Update the landing page the broken link points to
- Send a follow-up to non-openers with the corrected version
