Yes — Mailpro credits roll over, but the rules differ slightly between subscription credits and prepaid credits. Both kinds are non-refundable, so plan ahead.
Subscription credits
If you have an active subscription, your monthly email or SMS allowance is included in the plan. Unused subscription credits roll over from one month to the next as long as the subscription stays active. Cancelling or downgrading the subscription stops future credits, but it does not refund any already paid — subscription fees are non-refundable.
Prepaid credits
Prepaid credits (email or SMS packs purchased one-off) have an unlimited lifespan, on one condition: you must log in to your account at least once every 12 months. Each login resets the inactivity timer.
If 12 consecutive months pass with no meaningful activity (no login, no sending, no billing), your account is considered inactive. Once inactive, the account and any remaining prepaid credits may be deleted automatically. See our data retention rules for the full picture.
Auto top-up credits
Credits added via the automatic recharge service are also non-refundable. They follow the same 12-month login rule as other prepaid credits.
Refund and recovery
Credits cannot be refunded once paid (except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise). If you stop using Mailpro, we recommend exporting any data you need before letting the account go inactive. The simplest way to evaluate the platform without spending is the free Mailpro account, available for up to 30 days.
Don’t lose your credits
Set a yearly reminder to log in to Mailpro — one click is enough to keep your prepaid credits valid for another full year.
