Mailpro subscriptions automatically renew on the cycle you chose at signup — monthly, quarterly, or annual — provided your account has a valid payment method. The auto-renewal keeps your service uninterrupted: account access, data hosting, contact lists, statistics, DNS authentication, and every subscribed feature stay live whether you actively send during the period or not.

Quick rule: you can cancel any time in My Account. Cancellation prevents future renewals only — subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.

How auto-renewal works

At each billing date, we charge the saved payment method for the next cycle. If the charge fails, we retry and notify you (see our payment declined guide). A successful renewal continues the same plan and any optional services you have added — including dedicated IP rental, additional users, and SenderName.

Cancel before the next billing date

To stop the next renewal, open My Account > Subscription and cancel before the upcoming billing date. You keep full access to your campaigns, contacts, statistics, and credit rollover until the end of the current billing cycle.

What happens after cancellation

When the current cycle ends, your subscription is no longer renewed. The account converts automatically to a free Mailpro plan with reduced features. Your data, contact lists, and templates remain accessible under the limits of the free plan, subject to our standard inactivity rules.

Refunds and partial periods

Subscription fees are non-refundable. No refund or credit is granted for partial periods or unused time, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. The list of non-refundable items also covers prepaid credits, automatic top-ups, optional services, dedicated IP rental, additional users, and SenderName setup. See our pricing page for plan-by-plan terms.

Pricing changes

If we update our prices, the change applies no earlier than the next billing cycle following prior notice (unless tax, legal, or scope changes require otherwise). The price you signed up at stays in force until that next renewal — you decide whether to continue.

Need an invoice or to update your card?

Find every invoice in My Account > Invoices. Update your payment method any time to avoid a missed renewal.
