Mailpro offers three ways to pay for sending volume: monthly or annual subscriptions, one-off prepaid credits, and automatic top-up for high-volume API/SMTP traffic. Pick the model that matches how predictable your sending is.

Quick rule: all prices on our website are exclusive of taxes. Depending on your country of residence, VAT may apply at checkout. All Mailpro fees are non-refundable, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions include a monthly email or SMS allowance and renew automatically on the cycle you chose at signup (monthly, quarterly, or annual). Unused monthly credits roll over while the subscription stays active. You can cancel any time in My Account — the subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, then the account converts to a free Mailpro plan. See how renewal works.

Prepaid credits

Prepaid email or SMS credits are one-off purchases without recurring billing. They have unlimited validity as long as you log in to your account at least once every 12 months — see the 12-month login rule. Useful for irregular senders or to top up a subscription during a campaign spike.

Automatic top-up

Designed for API and SMTP integrations, auto top-up recharges your account when credits drop below a threshold you set. Credits added this way follow the same non-refundable and 12-month-login rules as prepaid credits.

Optional add-ons

  • Dedicated fixed IP — annual rental, useful for very high senders
  • Additional user seats — billed per user, deletion takes effect at end of cycle
  • SenderName for SMS — one-off setup fee, non-refundable

Free Mailpro and 30-day evaluation

Anyone can test Mailpro free for up to 30 days, no card required. After the trial, the account converts to a free Mailpro plan with reduced limits or you upgrade to a paid plan.

VAT, currency, and price changes

Pricing is shown in the currency of your country of residence and excludes taxes. VAT is added at checkout where applicable. We may update our prices from time to time — any change applies no earlier than the next billing cycle following prior notice (unless tax, legal, or scope changes require otherwise). Your current price stays in force until that next renewal.
