When you send your main campaign in Mailpro, you can choose to automatically resend it to the contacts who didn’t open the first email. Mailpro proposes this option at send time, so the resend goes out on its own — a simple way to recover opens you’d otherwise miss.
How the resend to non-openers works
As you set up and send your campaign, Mailpro offers to schedule a second send aimed only at recipients who didn’t open the first one. You typically give it a fresh subject line and a delay (for example, 2 or 3 days later), and Mailpro handles the rest automatically once the opens are counted.
- Create and send your campaign as usual.
- At the send step, enable the resend-to-non-openers option Mailpro proposes.
- Set a new subject line and the delay before the resend.
- Mailpro automatically resends only to contacts who didn’t open the first email.
A different subject line is what makes a resend work — see how to increase your opening rate.
When should I resend?
Resend after opens have settled — usually 2 to 4 days later. Change the subject line so it feels new, and consider narrowing to an engaged segment if your list is large. Check your opening-rate statistics to measure the lift from the second send.
