Your opinion helps us improve school life. 10 questions, about 4 minutes.
Use this templateThis parent satisfaction survey gives families a simple way to tell the school what works well and what could be improved. Ten questions over three short pages, about four minutes: parents indicate their child's class, say whether the child enjoys going to school, rate several aspects of school life and choose how they prefer to receive information.
This survey helps head teachers and parent councils base their decisions on real feedback rather than impressions from the school gate. The rating question can cover teaching, communication, the canteen, after-school care or safety; the communication question tells you whether families prefer email, text messages, an online portal, paper or meetings. Two open questions highlight strengths and expectations, and a final question identifies parents willing to help with outings, celebrations or the school council. The class field lets you compare answers between year groups.
Edit the rated aspects to reflect your school's services and rewrite the introduction in your usual tone. Add the school logo and colours, then share the survey by link, by QR code printed in the home-school notebook or posted at the entrance, or in a Mailpro newsletter to families. Answers arrive in Mailpro. You can set tags on contacts according to their answers, for example to invite parents who want to get involved to the next school council meeting.
Your child's wellbeing at school, the quality of communication and the main services are the usual core. Add only the topics you are ready to act on.

It is up to you. Many schools ask for one questionnaire per child, which makes class comparisons simpler.
