Yes. Mailpro lets you send email reminders either as one-off scheduled campaigns or as fully automated workflows. You can remind a contact about a webinar, an unpaid invoice, an appointment, a subscription renewal or any recurring date — without writing a line of code. The right pattern depends on whether you are reminding many people at once, or following each individual contact’s personal date.
How it works in Mailpro
From Mes Automatisations, click Ajouter to open the builder. Pick one of the four triggers available today — Birthday, Specific date field, List subscribe/unsubscribe, or Tag added/removed — choose your delay, then pick the email template to send. Save, test on yourself, then flip to active.
Common reminder use cases
- Appointment or patient follow-up — trigger on a date field stored on the contact (next visit date).
- Invoice or payment — trigger on a custom date field (due date) with an offset of J-3 or J+7.
- Survey follow-up — trigger on a tag applied right after the first email.
- One-off event — schedule the email at a fixed date as a regular campaign instead of an automation.
Scheduled campaign vs automated reminder
A scheduled send goes out once, on the date you picked. An automated reminder reacts to data on the contact (date field, tag, list event) and fires every time the condition is met for any contact. For recurring "remind me on each customer’s anniversary" use cases, the automation is the right fit; for "the webinar is on Friday, blast everyone Thursday at 4pm," scheduling a one-off is simpler.
