Every Mailpro automation has its own status page at /Automation/Status/{id} that lists which contacts went through, when, and what the result was. You also get an account-wide Historique view at /Automation/History for the cross-workflow log. Together they cover both per-automation diagnostics and full-account auditing.

Key takeaway: if you only check one screen after launching an automation, it is the per-workflow status page. The History page is your second stop for cross-workflow trends.

The per-workflow status page

Open it from Mes Automatisations by clicking the workflow name. The header shows the workflow ID, trigger type and start date; the body lists each event (contact, timestamp, action taken, result). This is where you confirm a particular contact really received the message, or troubleshoot why someone is missing.

The account-wide Historique

At /Automation/History you get a single timeline across all your workflows — useful when you want to see what fired today, regardless of which automation drove it. The page is titled Historique and lets you jump back to any individual workflow via its name.

Stats every automation exposes

On top of "did it fire," automations expose the same engagement stats as campaigns: opens and bounces per automation step, plus real-time delivery info. See the automated email statistics page for the full breakdown, and real-time statistics for live monitoring across all sends.

Common error reasons

The four statuses you will see most are: sent (everything fine), queued (waiting for the next batch or for credits), error: invalid address (the contact email was bad — clean your list), and error: low credits (top up). Each row tells you exactly what happened, so you do not guess.

Exporting for deeper analysis

If you want to combine automation results with another tool, you can export statistics the same way you do for newsletters. The export format covers all the columns shown in the status page, including timestamps and contact IDs.

Watch your automations the smart way

Open the automated email statistics, switch on real-time tracking, or revisit the automation definition to map the metrics to the steps in your workflow.
