Want to send an automatic email at a specific moment tied to a date stored in your list — birthday, subscription date, expiration, purchase date? With Mailpro you can set up an automatic email based on a date.

Why use a date-based email? These emails are triggered automatically (30 days before expiration, on the birthday itself, etc.) with no manual action required. They reinforce engagement at exactly the right moment.

Steps to create an automatic email based on a date

  1. Make sure your list has a properly filled date field.
  2. Go to Automatic Emails and click Create automatic email.
  3. Choose the date-based trigger and pick which date field to use.
  4. Set the offset (D-day, D-7, D+1, etc.) and sending time.
  5. Write the email, select the list or segment, and activate the workflow.
Verify your data: If the date field is empty or badly formatted, the email will not be sent. Clean and standardize your data before activating.
