This event feedback survey tells you what attendees really thought of your conference, seminar, workshop or gala while the experience is still fresh. Send it right after the event and collect honest opinions on content, venue, catering and value for money in one place.

What is this event feedback survey for?

Use it as a post event survey whenever you want to measure satisfaction and plan a better next edition. Respondents first pick the event they attended, then rate how entertaining and inspiring it was and whether the day was worth the price. The following pages cover the venue (could people see and hear the presentations?), the quality and choice of food, and what they would have done differently. Open fields gather ideas for future topics, and optional contact details let you follow up with anyone who reported a problem.

Who is it for?

  • Event agencies reporting results to their clients
  • Associations and clubs running annual meetings or galas
  • Training providers evaluating seminars and workshops
  • Companies hosting customer days, product launches or internal kick-offs

How to adapt it in Mailpro

  • Replace the placeholder event names with your own sessions or dates, and edit the questions and texts to match your program.
  • Add your logo and colors so the survey matches your event branding.
  • Use conditional questions, for example to show the problems field only to people who were not satisfied with the venue.
  • Tag contacts according to the event they attended, so future invitations reach the right people.
  • Share it by link, by QR code displayed at the exit or in a Mailpro newsletter to attendees; every answer arrives in Mailpro.

Tips

  • Send it the day after, when memories of speakers and catering are still precise.
  • Keep your event survey questions focused on what you can actually change: venue, timing, speakers, food.
  • Proofread the default answer options before publishing; a few of them contain typos.
  • Share a short summary of results and planned changes, so attendees see their opinion counts.

Frequently asked questions

Is an event feedback form different from an event evaluation form?

They overlap. Feedback focuses on attendee opinions, while an evaluation may also compare logistics with your objectives. This template covers attendee feedback, and you can add internal criteria.

Can attendees answer anonymously?

Yes. Remove the name, email and phone fields and enable anonymous responses if candid answers matter more than follow-up.

Can I use it for an online event?

Absolutely. Delete the venue and food pages and add questions about the streaming quality instead.
