Five actions ship with the current Mailpro automation module: send an email, send an SMS, add a tag to the contact, add the contact to a list, and send yourself an internal alert. Two of them spend credits (Email and SMS); three are completely free. You combine them in any order in the builder to express almost any "if-X-then-Y" flow.

How to combine them
You can chain as many actions as you want in a single workflow. A welcome series might be: Subscribe to list X, then send an email (welcome), wait 3 days, send another email (tutorial), and add the tag onboarding-done. A lead workflow might be: Tag “quote-requested” added, then send an internal alert (sales gets notified), add the contact to a "prospects" list, and send an auto-reply to the contact.
