Your Global Deliverability Score combines three weighted signals into a single number from 0 to 100. Each one reflects a different way mailbox providers judge your sending.
The three pillars in detail
- Audience quality (40%) — your bounce rate, your spam complaint rate, and recipient engagement (opens and clicks). This pillar tells mailbox providers whether real people want your emails.
- Content quality (20%) — spam triggers in your copy, message structure, link quality, and personalization. This pillar grades the message itself.
- Authentication (40%) — SPF, DKIM, DMARC and blacklist status across every sending domain.
Why we weight them this way
Mailbox providers tell us two things matter most: who's opening your emails (audience) and whether your domain is properly authenticated. That's why audience and authentication both carry 40%. Content matters too, but it's a smaller share of the decision — even perfect copy can't compensate for missing DMARC.
