Tell us a little about your company — it only takes a few minutes.
Use this templateThis vendor registration form collects everything you need to know about a new supplier in one place: company details, main contact, line of business, offering and accepted payment methods. It replaces back-and-forth emails with a clear two-page form.
Suppliers enter their company name, website, address, contact email and phone, and name the person you will deal with day to day. They say whether they work locally or internationally, choose their line of business (manufacturer, retailer, consultancy, importer and so on), describe the goods or services they offer, list the payment methods they accept and indicate when they would like to start. It is a practical vendor onboarding form for purchasing teams who need a reliable record before the first order.
Change the business categories and questions to reflect your sector, edit the introduction and apply your logo and colours. Let suppliers attach documents such as a company registration extract, certificates or a product catalogue. Conditional questions can show extra fields only to international vendors. Share the form by link, QR code or in a Mailpro newsletter sent to prospective partners; registrations arrive in Mailpro.
In practice, none: both terms describe the same document, and this template works for either wording.
Bank details are sensitive. Many companies prefer to request them separately, once the supplier has been approved, through a secure channel.
Yes. Duplicate it and adjust the questions for each category, such as services versus physical goods.
