Surveys, their answers and the files received are hosted in Switzerland and served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Who can answer
- Open to everyone, protected by a shared password, or restricted to a contact list (email address and personal code): password protection.
- Captcha of your choice, invisible honeypot field and country filter against bots: spam protection.
Anonymous responses
- Anonymous responses (survey and form, Access section): no IP address, city, browser or time, no contact record, and the link sent by email is not tracked. See create an anonymous survey or form.
- Anonymous vote (quick poll): the same rule, one vote per browser. See run an anonymous vote.
- Without this setting, asking for neither name nor email address makes a survey non-identifying, but the details of a response keep connection information (IP address, city).
Keep only what is necessary
Deleting an answer also deletes its files; the export can delete the answers from your account once you have archived them on your side.
