Cloudflare for performance and security

To deliver fast access from anywhere and protect the platform against attacks, Mailpro uses Cloudflare as a technical partner. This includes a global Content Delivery Network (CDN) and a Web Application Firewall (WAF) that block intrusions and abusive traffic. Personal data shared with Cloudflare is limited to what is strictly required for these features.

Mailpro AI and external processors

Some Mailpro features — grouped under “Mailpro AI” — rely on third-party providers such as OpenAI to generate, translate, validate, or analyse content. When you use those features, the input you submit is transmitted to the AI provider and processed under their own terms and security controls. We do not store AI prompts beyond what is needed to deliver the requested feature. Avoid feeding sensitive or third-party data into AI tools.
