Create a quick poll (Create → Quick poll) and tick Secret poll. Everyone votes only once, and nobody can link a voter to their choice, not even you.
What is stored, and what is not
- You see: the results for each answer and the number of votes, in real time.
- Nobody sees: who voted for what. The answer stores neither name, nor IP address, nor city, nor browser.
One vote per person
Sent by email or in a newsletter, the vote is tied to the recipient: a second click simply shows the results. Shared through a public link or a QR code, it is limited to one vote per browser.
What voters see
The results as percentages, as vote counts, both, or nothing at all; after voting or at all times.
For a decision that formally binds your association, check what your bylaws require: Mailpro guarantees anonymity and one vote per recipient, but it does not replace a regulated voting system.
In detail: anonymous voting. To place it in your newsletter: poll in a newsletter.

A decision made in one click
One vote per person, no link between voters and their choice, hosted in Switzerland.
