Would you like to develop your skills? Describe the training you have in mind: your manager and HR will get back to you.
Use this templateThis training request form lets employees propose a course, seminar or conference they would like to attend. Topic, organisation, cost, duration and motivation are gathered in one request that the manager and HR can assess on concrete information.
It structures an employee training request from the start. The employee describes the topic and the type of training (internal, external, online course or conference), names the training organisation and adds a link to the programme. They indicate the cost excluding VAT, the duration in days and preferred dates. Two key questions follow: why this training, and what will it change in their job? Finally, the urgency level helps HR plan the training budget for the year.
Modify the questions and texts according to your training policy: add a cost centre, the manager's name or a field for the expected certificate. Add your logo and colours. Share the form by link, QR code or in an internal Mailpro newsletter announcing the annual training campaign. All requests arrive in Mailpro, where HR can review them in one place.
Explain the link between the training and your current or future tasks, give the exact cost and dates, and show what you will bring back to the team.
It handles individual requests. To map needs across a whole team, you can adapt it into a training needs form with more general questions.
Usually HR, with the manager informed. In Mailpro the answers are centralised, and you decide who follows them up.
