Data we collect from website visitors
Browsing our public site triggers limited collection through cookies and our partners:
- Aggregate analytics (pages visited, time on page, traffic source)
- Cloudflare technical data needed to deliver the site and block attacks
- Google Ads conversion-tracking signal (anonymous)
For details, see our cookies policy.
What we never collect
Mailpro does not collect or buy:
- Sensitive personal data (health, biometrics, ID numbers) — do not include this in your campaigns either
- Recipient personal data outside what you upload to your own contact lists
- Card numbers (handled by PCI-compliant partners only)
Why we collect each piece
Account data is needed to provide the service, bill correctly, and contact you about updates. Visitor data is used to keep the site safe (Cloudflare WAF), measure traffic, and improve the user experience. See when we collect data and how we use data for the legal bases.
