Until now, the links in your emails went through a Mailpro domain. From now on they carry yours — in HTTPS, with a certificate that Mailpro obtains and renews for you. One DNS record, three steps, five minutes.
Every email you send contains links that Mailpro tracks for you: the links your recipients click, the pixel that measures opens, the unsubscribe link, the “my data” page. Those links carry a domain name. By default it is a technical Mailpro domain, shared by many senders.
With a custom tracking domain, those links carry a subdomain of your own — for example news.yourdomain.com. Your recipients see your name when they hover a link and in the address bar, and mailbox providers see an email that is consistent end to end: the same domain for the sender, the signature and the links.
All in HTTPS: Mailpro obtains the certificate for your subdomain, installs it on its servers and renews it before it expires. Nothing to host, nothing to install, nothing to watch.
Links consistent with your sender address: an extra trust signal for your recipients' mailbox providers. You no longer share the reputation of a pooled domain, you build your own.
Your recipients see news.yourdomain.com on hover, not a technical domain. Opens, clicks, unsubscribe, “my data” page: everything goes through you.
A single CNAME record to create at your DNS provider. The HTTPS certificate is obtained, installed and renewed by Mailpro, automatically, at no extra cost.
Five minutes in your account, Settings → Tracking URL. Mailpro does the rest.
Among your validated senders, choose the domain and the subdomain that will carry your links. Mailpro checks the name live.
Only domains with a validated DKIM signature are offered. Not done yet? Settings → SPF / DKIM, in a few minutes.
A single DNS record, shown by Mailpro ready to copy. Then Mailpro verifies, obtains the certificate and puts your domain live.
And then? Nothing changes for your current sendings: the new domain is used only once everything is verified. Your future links will use your domain, and the certificate renews by itself.
Mailpro verifies your DNS record as mailbox providers worldwide see it, and tells you exactly what it sees if something is missing.
The HTTPS certificate for your subdomain is obtained by Mailpro, installed on its servers and renewed before it expires. Nothing to download, nothing to watch.
The new domain serves only once everything is verified. If you change domain, the old one stays served until its certificate ends. Pause and resume at any time.
The tracking domain and its HTTPS certificate are included in your subscription, at no extra cost. Free or pay-as-you-go account? Switch to a subscription to enjoy it. One account, one tracking domain with its certificate; for several domains, several accounts.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC authenticate the sender; the tracking domain aligns the links. Together they give mailbox providers an email that is consistent end to end.
Open your account, Settings → Tracking URL: choose your subdomain, create the CNAME, Mailpro does the rest.
