When an address is no longer valid, Mailpro handles it for you. Hard and soft bounces are detected, retried and cleaned from your lists automatically — protecting your sending reputation and keeping your deliverability strong.

Badmails or bounces are addresses that return an error notification when you try to deliver an email to them:
The address is added directly to your list of badmails / bounces. A subsequent attempt would have no effect, so it's removed from future sends.
The address returns a temporary notification — a full mailbox, for example. The system makes several attempts to deliver the newsletter within 48 hours of sending.
In the Mailpro® email marketing platform, bounces are processed at regular intervals. Because the system tries to send your campaign several times before declaring an address invalid, this process can take up to 48 hours to produce the final list — so you don't have to lift a finger to keep your database healthy.
