Answers before you take the risk

Launching an offer without testing it is a gamble. Online market research costs little and answers fast: is your idea interesting, at what price, under what name? With Mailpro surveys, you build the questionnaire, send it to your contacts and get answers ready to analyze.

Targeting

Ask the right people

A first question screens respondents: those who are not concerned finish right away, the others continue. Conditions then adapt the path to each profile.

Conditional logic →
Offer

Test a name, a visual, a price

Show your options as images, in an order that changes for each respondent. For the price, four number questions draw the acceptable range once the answers are exported.

Next steps

Respondents who become customers

A question “Would you like to hear about the launch?” tags those who say yes. When the day comes, your announcement campaign goes straight to that segment.

Forms and contacts →

Your next idea can be tested before the end of the week.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

How many answers do I need for market research?
To see trends, aim for at least a hundred answers, and more if you want to compare groups (regions, ages, customers and non-customers). Fewer questions and more respondents is the better trade-off.
How do I test several names or visuals?
Use a choice question with an image for each option, and shuffle the order for each respondent so the first option has no advantage.
How do I find the right price?
Ask four price questions as numbers: at what price is it too expensive, expensive but acceptable, a bargain, too cheap to be trusted. The answers, exported to Excel, draw the acceptable price range.
Where do I find respondents?
Start with your contacts: an email campaign to your customers or subscribers. Then widen the reach with the link on social media, or a QR code at a trade show. A hidden field filled in by the link shows where each answer comes from.
Can I stay in touch with interested people?
Yes. Add the question “Would you like to hear about the launch?” with a tag on the “Yes” answer: you will have a list ready for the launch announcement.
