An exam is not just a quiz: you need to know who takes it, how many times, in how long, and give everyone a fair grade. Mailpro quizzes and exams handle all four: access is reserved for your candidates, time is counted by our servers, grading combines automatic scoring and manual grading, and every candidate receives a personal result.

Reserved for your candidates
Reserve the exam for a contact list: candidates give their email, already filled in from their invitation, and their personal code if you use one. Repeated wrong attempts are blocked. Each candidate gets a set number of attempts, and a shared password remains possible for simpler use.
A timer that can’t be bypassed
Time is counted by the server from the click on “Start”: reloading the page or switching devices does not stop it. Candidates are warned before the end, then their answers are submitted automatically. Also set an opening date and time, and shuffle the question order.

Choice questions, numbers and short answers grade themselves. Written answers are graded by hand: you award the points, and the candidate’s score is recalculated. The detailed correction can wait until the exam closes.

Every candidate receives their result
A different email goes out depending on whether the candidate passed or not, with a link to their personal result page. The score is saved in their contact record and a “passed” or “failed” tag is applied, for the rest of their journey.
