A survey that gets answers

A good survey has few, clear questions and reaches the right people at the right time. With Mailpro surveys, you build it by dragging in your questions, send it to your contact lists from the same tool, and watch the results arrive as charts. Respondents need no account.

Questions

The right question type for every answer

Single or multiple choice with an “Other” option, scale as buttons or a slider, 0 to 10 NPS, star rating, a matrix to rate several points at once, free text. The order of choices can be shuffled for each respondent, so the first one isn’t favored.

A questionnaire that adapts

A question appears only if it concerns the respondent, and a page can skip another one. A progress bar, at the top or bottom, shows how much is left.

Sharing

Share it where your respondents are

Send it through a Mailpro email campaign: the respondent’s address is already filled in. For a single question, the quick poll is answered with one click in the newsletter. And as always: link, QR code or website embed.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a form and a survey?
The same builder handles both. A form collects information (a registration, a request); a survey collects opinions, and its results are shown as charts, question by question.
How many questions should a survey have?
As few as possible: each extra question lowers the response rate. Aim for 5 to 10 questions; if you need more, split the survey into pages with a progress bar.
Can answers be anonymous?
You can make a survey non-identifying: don’t ask for a name or email and don’t link it to your contacts. For a vote where nobody can link the voter to their choice, use the quick poll in secret mode.
How do I get more answers?
Send the survey to your contacts by email, with their address already filled in; keep it short; show progress; then remind only those who haven’t answered. For a single question, the quick poll in your newsletter is answered in one click.
Can I see results while the survey is running?
Yes. Answers and charts update as answers come in; the Excel export is available at any time.
Do respondents need an account?
No. They open the link or scan the QR code and answer directly, on a computer or a phone.
