A survey answered without leaving the inbox

Many readers never follow a link to a questionnaire. With the Mailpro quick poll, the question sits in the email and every answer is a button: the click is the vote. Readers then land on a thank-you page that shows them the results. You get more answers, faster, and you see them next to the opens and clicks of your campaign. The quick poll is part of Mailpro surveys, in the same tool as your newsletters.

In the newsletter editor

A block you drag in, like text or an image

In the newsletter editor, drag the Quick poll block where you want it and pick your poll. The question and answers appear immediately. Changed the poll since? One click on “Update from poll” is enough.

Your style

Six answer layouts, or images

Stacked or side-by-side buttons, pills, a list of links, a checklist or a scale: choose the layout that suits your question, then set colors, shape, text size and alignment. For a more visual choice, give each answer an image: readers click the one they prefer.

Results

Results in the campaign report

Your campaign report shows the poll: number of votes and percentage for each answer, next to opens and clicks. Full results stay available with your other polls and export in one click.

No bad surprises

Never a closed vote in an inbox

Mailpro checks your poll before sending: a newsletter whose poll is offline is not sent, so no reader ever lands on a closed vote. For a test send, a simple warning lets you decide. And if you translate your newsletter with the AI assistant, the question and answers are translated too.

Your next newsletter can already ask its question.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Does the recipient have to open a page to vote?
No. They click their answer right in the email: the vote is recorded at that moment, then a thank-you page shows the poll results.
Does the poll work in Outlook and Gmail?
Yes. The answers are real email buttons, built for common email clients, Outlook included. Readers need no add-on and no software.
Can I use images as answers?
Yes. Each answer can have its own image: the reader clicks the one they prefer. Without images, answers show as buttons, pills, a list or a scale: six layouts to choose from.
What happens if the poll is offline?
Mailpro refuses to send a newsletter whose poll is offline, so your readers never land on a closed vote. For a test send, a warning lets you decide.
Where do I see the results?
In the campaign report: the number of votes and the percentage for each answer appear next to opens and clicks. Full results stay available in your list of polls.
Is the poll translated with my newsletter?
Yes. The AI assistant in the newsletter editor also translates the poll question and answers, without touching the vote links.
