All fees paid to Mailpro are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This rule is part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to every paid service on the platform, whether you have a monthly subscription, prepaid credits, or an optional add-on.

Quick rule: cancellation stops future charges only — it does not reverse charges that have already been processed.

What the no-refund rule covers

Once a charge has been processed, we cannot reverse, prorate, or credit it back. The rule applies to subscription fees on any billing cycle, prepaid email and SMS credits, automatic top-up credits, the annual fixed IP rental, additional user seats, SenderName setup fees, and any other optional service.

Cancelling is not the same as refunding

You can cancel your Mailpro subscription at any time from the My Account section. Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals, but you keep full access until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your account converts automatically to a free Mailpro plan.

If you bought prepaid credits, they remain valid as long as you log in at least once every 12 months. Unused credits are not refunded.

Try Mailpro before you pay

The simplest way to avoid an unwanted charge is to test the platform first. Mailpro Free gives you up to 30 days to evaluate features, send test campaigns, and confirm the tool fits your workflow before you commit to a paid plan.

When local law overrides our policy

Some jurisdictions grant consumers a statutory right to a refund. If that applies to your case, contact our support team with your invoice details and we will process your request in line with local rules.
