Every Mailpro purchase generates an invoice you can download from your account. Open My Account > Invoices to view, download, or resend any past invoice as a PDF. Whether you paid for a subscription, prepaid credits, or an auto top-up, you will find the corresponding invoice there.
What appears on the invoice
- Your billing details and country of residence
- The Mailpro entity that issued the invoice (MAXONY Schweiz SA for European customers, Maxony Inc. for non-EU customers)
- The service purchased — subscription, credits, optional add-ons
- Pre-tax amount, VAT (if applicable), and total
- Payment method and reference

- Sign in to Mailpro
- Open My Account
- Go to Invoices
- Click any line to download the PDF
VAT, taxes, and bank fees
Prices on our pricing pages are quoted before tax. The applicable VAT depends on your country of residence and is added at checkout. For payments by international wire transfer or international credit card, your bank may add its own conversion or transfer fees — these are independent of Mailpro and on your account.
Failed renewals and missed invoices
If a renewal payment fails, the invoice is not generated until the charge succeeds. See our payment declined guide for the resolution steps. After a successful retry, the invoice appears in your account.
Need a corrected invoice?
Update your billing details (company name, VAT number, address) in My Account before your next renewal so future invoices are issued correctly. For corrections to a past invoice, contact our support with the invoice number.
