On the question you want to show, add a condition: choose the reference question, the operator and the value. The form rebuilds itself live as people answer.

Examples

  • “Please specify” only if “How did you hear about us?” equals Other.
  • “Company name” only for a business.
  • “Why?” only after a low rating.

The conditions available

  • Compare: equals, is not equal to, is one of.
  • Text: contains, does not contain, is empty, is not empty.
  • Number and rating: greater than, less than, or equal to.
  • Combine: all conditions (and), at least one (or), and groups within groups.

Skip a page

On a multi-page form, decide after each page where the respondent goes next: to the page that concerns them, or straight to submission. A default page covers all other cases.

A hidden question is never saved, and “required” only applies if it is shown: the conditions are checked again on our servers on submission.

In detail: conditional logic. It works the same way for surveys and quizzes.
