Under GDPR, you have a clear set of rights over the personal data we hold on you. Most can be exercised directly from your My Account area; the rest require a quick message to support.

Quick rule: closing your Mailpro account triggers deletion of your personal data within approximately 45 to 60 days — except records we must keep for Swiss accounting law.

How requests are handled

For most rights, the controls in My Account are immediate. For requests sent to support, we acknowledge within a few working days and complete the action within the legal timeframe (one month, extendable for complex cases). We will ask for a reasonable proof of identity to prevent unauthorised access.

Mailpro AI and external processors

If you have used Mailpro AI features, the prompt content was transmitted to a third-party AI provider (such as OpenAI) and processed under their terms. Their own retention rules apply to that copy. Contact our support if you need a coordinated erasure across processors.

What you cannot do via Mailpro

You cannot use Mailpro’s rights process to ask for data we do not hold (e.g. data held by your bank or email provider). For Mailpro-related cookie data, see our cookies policy.
