Under GDPR, you have a clear set of rights over the personal data we hold on you. Most can be exercised directly from your My Account area; the rest require a quick message to support.
Your rights and how to exercise them
| Right | What it means | How to exercise it |
|---|---|---|
| Right of access | See all the personal data we hold on you | My Account > Profile, or contact support |
| Right to rectification | Fix incorrect or outdated personal data | My Account > Profile (edit fields) |
| Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) | Delete your personal data | My Account > Subscription > Close account |
| Right to restriction | Limit processing without deleting (e.g. unsubscribe but keep account) | Newsletter preferences in My Account |
| Right to portability | Receive your data in XLS, XLSX, or CSV | My Account > Export (lists, contacts, statistics) |
| Right to object | Stop processing for direct-marketing or profiling purposes | Close the account or contact support |
| Notification of changes | Receive an email when we change or delete your data | Sent automatically to your account email |
How requests are handled
For most rights, the controls in My Account are immediate. For requests sent to support, we acknowledge within a few working days and complete the action within the legal timeframe (one month, extendable for complex cases). We will ask for a reasonable proof of identity to prevent unauthorised access.
Mailpro AI and external processors
If you have used Mailpro AI features, the prompt content was transmitted to a third-party AI provider (such as OpenAI) and processed under their terms. Their own retention rules apply to that copy. Contact our support if you need a coordinated erasure across processors.
What you cannot do via Mailpro
You cannot use Mailpro’s rights process to ask for data we do not hold (e.g. data held by your bank or email provider). For Mailpro-related cookie data, see our cookies policy.
