You can delete a Mailpro user from My Account > Users. The deletion is scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle — the user keeps access until then, and you are not billed for them in the next cycle.

Quick rule: deleted users remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. They are definitively withdrawn at the end of that cycle.

Delete a user — step by step

  1. Sign in to Mailpro and open My Account.
  2. Go to Users.
  3. Find the user, click Delete, and confirm.

The user immediately disappears from your active workspace view, but their access account is kept active until the end of the cycle to allow handover. This avoids interrupting work mid-cycle and matches how additional user seats are billed.

Billing impact

Additional user seats are independent of your subscription and prepaid credits. Removing a user reduces your next billing cycle accordingly — the current cycle is non-refundable. See our pricing page for the per-seat costs.

If the deleted user was the admin

You cannot delete the master account holder, only additional users. To transfer master rights, contact our support team. Permissions for remaining users can be reviewed in user permissions.

Replacing the user

You can add a new user to take their place at any time. The number of users you can have in total depends on your plan. Closing the entire account is a different process — see subscription cancellation.

Need to reorganise your team?

Review permission roles first, then delete or add users to match your team. Changes apply at the next billing cycle.
