Each user you add to your Mailpro account works under their own permission profile. The owner decides exactly what every teammate can see, edit and send — from full administrator access to a narrow read-only view of statistics.

Why permissions matter: Granular permissions protect your contact lists, billing and brand. They also let agencies and managers delegate work without losing control of the account.

Common permission areas

AreaWhat the user can do
CampaignsCreate, edit, schedule and send newsletters and SMS.
ContactsManage subscribers, import and export lists, edit segments.
StatisticsView opens, clicks, bounces and survey results.
TemplatesSave, edit and reuse newsletter and form templates.
Forms & surveysBuild subscription forms, polls and feedback surveys.
Account & billingManage subscription, invoices and payment methods.
UsersInvite, edit or remove other users (admin only).

Recommended profiles

Designer: templates + campaign editing, no billing.
Sender / marketer: campaigns + contacts + statistics.
Analyst: read-only access to statistics.
Administrator: full access including billing and user management.

How to assign permissions

Permissions are set when you invite someone (see how to add a user) and can be changed at any time from Settings → Users. To revoke access entirely, follow how to delete a user.

Sharing data between users

You can share contact lists between users while still keeping individual statistics, ideal for teams that handle multiple brands or clients.

Set the right access for each role

Open the multi-user admin area and pick the smallest set of permissions each role needs — you can always loosen them later. To add or remove people, use the add user or delete user guides.
