Yes — you can rent a fixed (dedicated) IP for sending campaigns from your Mailpro account. The fixed IP is reserved for you, billed annually as an optional add-on, and remains the property of Maxony.

Quick rule: the fixed IP is leased — not sold. Maxony retains ownership and can revoke it in case of repeated misuse. The annual fee is non-refundable.

Why rent a fixed IP

A dedicated IP can help large senders build their own IP reputation independently from the shared pool. It is most useful when you send tens of thousands of emails per month, with consistent volume and clean lists. For lower volumes, the shared infrastructure usually performs better.

How rental works

  • Subscribe to the option from your Mailpro account during or after signup
  • Billed annually, alongside your master subscription
  • Auto-renews with your subscription unless you cancel
  • Cancel any time in My Account; the IP is removed at the end of the next billing cycle
  • The annual fee is non-refundable, including for partial years

Misuse and recovery clause

The fixed IP remains the exclusive property of Maxony. In the event of misuse — for example frequent blacklisting that creates excessive support load or threatens the platform’s deliverability — we reserve the right to recover the IP without offering a refund. We will notify you by email before the IP is removed from your account, so you have a chance to correct the issue.

Best practices to keep your IP healthy

  • Warm up the IP gradually — ramp volume over several weeks
  • Send only to opt-in lists with low complaint rates
  • Monitor bounces and unsubscribes weekly
  • Keep DNS authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) up to date

Cancelling the fixed IP

You can cancel the fixed IP option from My Account at any time. The IP stays available until the end of the next billing cycle, then is returned to the shared pool. Master subscription renewal continues independently.

Not sure you need a dedicated IP?

Most senders do well on the shared pool. Read what a dedicated IP is and how it affects deliverability before committing to the annual fee.
