In email marketing, a dedicated IP is a unique Internet Protocol (IP) address exclusively used for sending emails from a particular sender's domain. Unlike shared IP addresses, where multiple senders share the same IP address, a dedicated IP address provides a sender with greater control over their email deliverability, reputation and the ability to manage their own email list hygiene. The use of dedicated IP addresses also allows businesses to follow the email practises of setting up SPF, DKIM and DMARC configurations to improve the credibility of their email messages and avoid blacklisting.
