One score, one page, every signal that matters

Most senders don’t know their emails are going to spam until customers stop replying. The Mailpro Intelligent Deliverability Center is the first place inside Mailpro where every signal that decides your inbox placement lives on a single page: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, blacklist status, spam complaints, engagement, and your sender reputation — scored, monitored, and explained.

Your Deliverability Score runs on a scale of 0 to 100 and tells you exactly what to fix when something drifts. Read our launch announcement on the Mailpro blog, or jump straight into the feature set below.

  • A single Global Score that summarises your sending health
  • A per-campaign score to spot wins and losses by name
  • A per-domain score with authentication and reputation checks
  • Continuous monitoring of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and blacklist status
  • Honest, plain-language explanations for every signal

The Deliverability Center is available to every Mailpro customer at no extra cost. Find it on your dashboard, or under Analytics, Email, Deliverability Center. New to the concept? Start with our deliverability overview or the Mailpro Deliverability Academy.

Global Deliverability Score

Your Global Score is a single number from 0 to 100, calculated from three weighted signals: Audience quality (40 %), Content quality (20 %), and Authentication (40 %). The result is an honest summary of your overall sending health, refreshed daily over a rolling 30, 60, or 90-day window.

Anything above 80 is healthy. Between 50 and 79 means there’s room to improve. Below 50, something specific needs attention before your next campaign.

How the score is calculated

A Score for Every Campaign

Each campaign you send gets its own Deliverability Score, calculated from delivery rate (40 %), engagement (30 %) and complaints (30 %). You can sort, filter, and click into any campaign to see exactly why it scored what it scored — so you can repeat what’s working and fix what isn’t.

A campaign with high opens, low bounces and zero spam complaints might score 95. A campaign with bad list hygiene and a few angry recipients might score 40. Either way, you can see the cause directly.

Per-Domain Monitoring

Each sending domain is scored independently on three signals: authentication (50 %), delivery metrics (30 %), and reputation (20 %). You see MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, blacklist status, and the domain’s age — all monitored continuously.

If something breaks — a DNS record gets removed, a DKIM key expires, a blacklist hit shows up — you’ll see it on your dashboard before it costs you a campaign.

SPF, DKIM and DMARC Authentication

Modern mailbox providers — Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft, Apple and others — require all three authentication protocols to be properly configured before they’ll trust your sending. Mailpro’s Deliverability Center checks each one continuously and tells you exactly what to add, where to add it, and when it’s working.

Configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC once, monitor them automatically forever.

Blacklist Monitoring

Mailpro continuously monitors every major public blacklist for your sending domains and IPs. If you’re ever listed, you’ll see it on your dashboard immediately, along with which list flagged you, what likely triggered it, and how to request removal.

No more cross-checking three different third-party tools. The Center surfaces blacklist hits the moment they happen.

The Three Pillars Behind Your Score

Mailbox providers don’t publish their exact algorithms, but the pattern is consistent across them. We weight the three signals they care about most:

  • Audience quality (40 %) — your bounce rate, spam complaint rate, and recipient engagement
  • Content quality (20 %) — spam triggers, structure, link quality, personalization
  • Authentication (40 %) — SPF, DKIM, DMARC and blacklist status across every sending domain

Actionable Recommendations

The Center doesn’t just measure — it tells you what to do. When your score drops, it shows you which pillar is responsible, what changed, and what to fix first. Most senders gain 15 to 25 points just by fixing authentication.
