Microsoft retired Internet Explorer 11 in 2022, and Mailpro has followed by removing IE11 from its list of supported browsers. The application is built on modern web standards that IE11 simply cannot render correctly, so the editor, statistics dashboards and form builder no longer work in that browser.

No longer supported: If you still open Mailpro in Internet Explorer 11, you will see broken layouts, missing buttons and editor errors. Switch to a modern browser before continuing.

Recommended browsers

Mailpro fully supports the latest versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge (Chromium), Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari. Pick whichever you already use most — they all render the editor and reports the same way.

Why drop IE11?

IE11 misses essential modern features (ES2017+, modern CSS, secure cipher suites…) and Microsoft itself stopped delivering security patches. Maintaining compatibility would slow down every new feature for the rest of our users without making IE11 truly safe to browse with.

What about Microsoft Edge? The new Edge is based on Chromium and is fully supported. If your computer still has the old “Edge Legacy” or IE11, install the latest Edge or Chrome.

What if I am stuck on IE11?

Some corporate environments still force IE11 for legacy intranet apps. In that case, install a second browser (Edge or Chrome) and use it specifically for Mailpro. See the suitable browser FAQ for the latest list of compatible versions.
