If not every row of your file makes it into Mailpro, that's an automatic safeguard protecting your list quality and deliverability.
The 4 main reasons
| Reason | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Invalid format | Email without @, with spaces or forbidden characters |
| Non-existent domain | Mailpro checks the DNS record |
| Duplicate | Address already in the list |
| Unsubscribed / hard bounce | Blocked to protect your sender reputation |

How to reduce rejects
- Clean your file in Excel before importing
- Remove empty rows and trailing spaces
- Watch out for exports from Outlook or Gmail — they sometimes include hidden fields
- Avoid lists older than 12 months — high bounce risk
