If you cannot complete signup for the free Mailpro trial, the most common cause is automated anti-fraud protection. We block a small subset of signups to keep deliverability healthy for every other Mailpro account — sometimes a legitimate signup is caught in those rules.
Common reasons signup fails
- Free or disposable email address (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, mailinator-style domains)
- Domain newly registered, parked, or with no website
- IP address shared with previously suspended accounts
- Country flagged for high abuse rates
- Browser blocking the confirmation cookie or email verification link
What to try
- Sign up using your company email, not a free email provider
- Make sure your domain has an MX record and a public website
- Confirm the email verification step within the time window in your inbox (check spam, see spam folder tips)
- Try again from a different browser without ad blockers
- If a countdown timer never starts, your trial may not have activated — contact support
If support has rejected your trial
Some industries are not allowed on Mailpro — gambling, casinos, escort services, pornography, pharmaceuticals, esoteric/astrology, and earnings/work-from-home schemes. If your business falls outside those, write to [email protected] explaining your activity, and we will review the rejection manually.
