The problem comes for sure from the fact that you send the message to yourself (on the same domain/server).

Indeed in this type of sending the message transits our servers and then it is resent to you. The server can classify this action as unusual and blocks it as a measure of security. You need to contact your network administrator and find out if there are restrictions of this type.
