Paper forms still circulate at many front desks, schools and events in Grenada. They get lost, handwriting is hard to read, and the details rarely make it into a mailing list. Mailpro’s form builder replaces them with mobile-friendly online forms that store every answer safely and link it to your email and SMS tools.

Forms that suit Grenada

  • Booking requests for villas, tours, boat trips and restaurant tables.
  • Event registrations for festivals, fetes, workshops and sports days, from the Chocolate Festival to Spicemas events.
  • Student and parent forms for schools and businesses serving the St. George’s University community.
  • Newsletter sign-ups on your website, social profiles or a QR code at the counter.
  • Supplier and buyer enquiries for spice, cocoa and fresh produce trade.
  • Membership and volunteer forms for associations, churches and non-profits.

How the builder works

Drag fields into place, such as text, email, phone, date, drop-down or checkbox, and set which ones are required. Use branching logic to show questions only when relevant, for example asking for flight details only if a guest needs an airport transfer from Maurice Bishop International Airport. Match the colours and logo to your brand, then share the form by link, QR code or website embed.

Our step-by-step guide shows how to create an online form in a few minutes.

Collect phone numbers correctly

Grenadian mobile numbers use the +1 473 prefix followed by seven digits. Overseas guests will use their own country codes. Ask for the full international number so your SMS campaigns reach the right phone, and see the country code list for reference.

If you plan to send marketing to people who fill in your form, add a separate, unticked checkbox for email and another for SMS. Explain what they will receive and link to your privacy notice. Grenada’s Data Protection Act, 2023 is not yet in force, but it centres on consent, and visitors from Canada, the US, the UK and the EU are used to this approach. For newsletter sign-ups specifically, see how to create a subscription form.

From form to follow-up

Answers can flow straight into a Mailpro contact list, where they can trigger automated emails: a confirmation, a reminder before the event, or a thank-you with a survey afterwards. You can also receive an email alert for each new submission.

Track responses

See submissions in real time with form statistics, export them to a spreadsheet, and spot where people abandon a long form.

Tips for forms that people finish

  • Ask only what you need now; collect more later.
  • Group related questions and use clear labels.
  • Use drop-downs for fixed answers, such as parish or island, to avoid spelling variations.
  • Explain why you ask for sensitive details, such as a date of birth.
  • Test on a phone before sharing.

Forms in the classroom and the office

Schools can replace paper permission slips and trip forms. Offices can collect leave requests, incident reports or supplier details. Associations can run membership renewals and event sign-ups without printing.

Secure, Swiss-hosted data

Form responses often contain personal details. Mailpro stores them in Switzerland on private infrastructure, outside US jurisdiction, protected by TLS 1.3, and never sells or rents them. Start with one of our form templates and adapt it to your business.
