Yes — a recipient can unsubscribe from multiple Mailpro lists in a single action. The unsubscribe page Mailpro presents shows every list the contact is on (under your account), with a checkbox per list and a «Unsubscribe from all» option. They click once and the choice applies across all selected lists.
How it works for the recipient
1. Recipient clicks the unsubscribe link in any campaign. 2. The Mailpro-hosted page shows the lists they belong to in your account. 3. They can: a) untick specific lists they no longer want, b) tick «Unsubscribe from all» for the nuclear option, or c) confirm to keep everything (rare but supported). 4. The choice is applied immediately and a confirmation page is shown.
What you control as the sender
From Account → SMTP / Lists → Unsubscribe settings you can: change the wording on the unsubscribe page; choose whether selecting a single list also unsubscribes from any «parent» list; decide whether to send a confirmation email after unsubscribe; configure a custom destination after the choice is made (a feedback form, your homepage).
Cross-account behaviour
Unsubscribe is per Mailpro account. If a recipient is also on lists in a different Mailpro customer’s account, this page only affects yours. There is no global Mailpro-wide opt-out — that would be cross-customer interference and isn’t how the platform works.
One-click unsubscribe (RFC 8058)
For Gmail and Yahoo’s native «Unsubscribe» button next to the sender name, Mailpro injects the RFC 8058 one-click header. That click also unsubscribes from all your lists for the recipient — same end result, faster path. See RFC 8058 explained.
Make leaving easy — reputation thanks you
Mailpro’s unsubscribe management handles the multi-list page out of the box. Read the full multi-list unsubscribe FAQ.
