The contact list view in Mailpro shows a default set of columns — email, name, last activity. But your account often has 20 or 30 fields, and you don’t need to see them all at once. Mailpro lets you decide exactly which columns appear in the list and in which order, so the view matches the way you actually work.

In short: Choose the columns you need for daily work, hide the rest. Settings stick per user, so each team member can see what matters to them.

Choose which fields appear in the list

1. Open Lists → Contacts. 2. Click the gear icon at the top right of the contact table. 3. Tick the fields you want to see, untick the rest. 4. Drag rows to set the column order. 5. Click Save. The view applies to your account only.

Reorder columns

In the same panel, drag the field names up or down. The list updates instantly. The first column always remains email (it’s the primary identifier and can’t be hidden), but every other column is freely reorderable.

Recommended column sets

Use caseRecommended columns
Daily list managementEmail, First name, Last name, Tags, Last activity
Sales follow-upEmail, Name, Phone, Last open, Last click, Status
Support workflowEmail, Name, Language, Country, Last campaign
Compliance reviewEmail, Subscription date, Source, Consent IP, Tags

Per-user vs per-account settings

The column choice is stored per user in your Mailpro account. If you have multiple seats, each colleague can configure their own view without affecting others. Field definitions themselves are account-wide — only the visibility/order is per user.

Searching and filtering

Hidden columns are still searchable. Use the search bar to filter by any field, even one that’s not currently visible. Combine with segments to save reusable views and with tags to quickly mark contacts for follow-up.

Export respects your column choice

When you click Export to CSV, the export uses the same column order you have on screen. To export a different set, adjust the columns first or use the «All fields» option in the export dialog.
